I have been suffering with strange fluttering sensations in my chest for a few months now, and more recently have been experiencing very painful sharp pains in my chest. Im worried to see my doctor incase she tells me im too young for it to be anything serious, but i have a history of heart problems in my family. Please help .

    Dear Doctors

My name is Rachel and i am 34 years old. Im in need of desperate medical help. This past Oct I went to my doctor with complaints of abdominal and back pain. They found gall stones so we scheduled to have my gall bladder removed. I had it done in October this year. Soon after that I went back to the doctor in severe pain. I had an ERCP done and found to have a narrowed bile duct and bile backed up in me. The doctor did a repair and I was on my way. I continued to have abdominal pain and about a week later was hospitalized because my hemoglobin went from a 13 to a 7. After all kinds of tests I was released with a rx for iron and no DX. I continued to have abdominal pain and three days ago had another cat scan and was told my duodenum was thickened or inflamed. My doctors are confused because the scope procedure showed it to look just fine. I am so tired of being ill. I dont think my gallbladder was ever the problem. I do look back and remember having stomach pain every morning last jan. and brushed it off as gas. Also for years I have had what I call "a loud stomach". I lay here in bed today, with 3 kids that I can hardly get out of bed to care for. I have no DX and no one seems to know what is going on. I need help, please I want my life back. I want to be better and be a good mom. My kids cry when they look at pictures of me and say "i miss the om who wasnt sick. Can you help me find out why I lost so much blood and why I am living with severe pain, please I am begging for your help.

    thanks for reading
    Rachel Cornell

my stomach has been hurting for 3 days on and off and now my stool is black and I'm constipated still with abdominal pain what should I do?

I have pain in my lower right abdomen and wonder if it could be appendicitis. But, I want to wait about 24 hours to see if it worsens, because actually, it's just a dull ache and don't want to rush into a possibly surgery. If the pain's not really that bad, wouldn't it be ok to wait to see if it goes away?
